• Our Zero commercial grade sand blast cabinet has internal dimensions of____x_____x_____ , if it won't fit in the trunk of a car it won't fit in our cabinet.
• Over size items can be difficult to maneuver in the cabinet, if the part cannot be freely flipped and rotated in the cabinet you won't be able to clean every surface.
• Steel, aluminum, copper, and brass items are perfect for sandblasting.
• We do not allow blasting of wood, fibreglass or other soft materials.

Special notice regarding wheels and previously powder coated items.

• Wheels with peeling chrome cannot be effectively stripped by blasting.
• Some OEM wheel finishes or previously powder coated items require chemical stripping due to the nature of the coating. We do not offer chemical stripping.

Rates are billed by the hour and include abrasive media. There are two rates, one for blasting yourself or take advantage of our
drop off service and we'll blast the parts for you, often ready the next day.

Bring your parts, and any protective gear you’d like to use. Chris will walk you through the setup and safe use of the sandblaster.  Parts should be dry and free of mud, grease or excessive scale. We supply nitrile gloves and a disposable N95 dust mask but you are welcome to bring your own respirator. We
use 10X Superalloy blasting abrasive, the most non-carcinogenic and environmentally safe blast media available.

For greasy engine components we offer cleaning in our commercial hot water parts washer for an additional fee.

Use our commercial-grade
ZERO sandblast cabinet powered by a Kaeser rotary screw air compressor  to tackle your project.  We use only 10X Kinetix Superalloy Blasting Abrasives for
quick, nearly dust free operation. Clean, efficient, and easy to operate.
